Use of new Technologies in the Learning Process

We are living in technology closly and it is the most important part of our lives. We can't spend a few times without technology.  also we use technology in learning and there are a lot of advantages of technology to us. think about past, when the computer hadn't used commonly, the internet access is also, you have to go to the library in order to make a research, read books try to find uselful materials but now everthing change, when you want to find sth you can search it in the internet and it can find everything which is useful for you, it makes your work easy. That is the simple example of using technology and it's benefit. There are a lot of benefits of using technology in the learning process and in today's world one of them is social media also. how can we use social media in learning ? For example we can use twitter. There are a lot of useful articles which are written by famous scientist, we can follow them so we can developr our reading ability, after we read them we can write comment on them or we can write our own blogs articles. All these ways help our learning process but one of the most important thing of new technology is we have to know how to use it, don't affected its negative ways.

What is school for ?

When we think about school everyone has an image to his/her mind about school. Someone think that school is a enjoyable enviorenment to spend time, meet new friend, someone think that school is a place to educate and learn new informations and also someone may think that school is a bridge to access work life after getting diploma.  According to dictionary meaning school is an institution for educating children. For teachers school is a work area and they generally obey the rules and students obey teachers.

Research Question. How do teachers correct errors ?

My answer to this question is self correction. During learning period every student makes mistakes and these mistakes makes their knowledge stronger after they learn the correct answer but in this part self correction is the bast way. I want to explain this in detail. when student makes a mistake if the teacher only gives the correct answer, student would'nt have a chance to think about the answer and only accept the answer, of course s/he learn the correct form but in memorization part self correct is the best useful way because when student tries to find the correct answer( during these period teacher support the student and help him/her to find the error) s/he thinks about the mistake and after s/he correct His/her mistake s/he saved it to his/her mind and this kind of correction is long term memorization and student doesnt forget it anytime.

What kind of teacher are you?

I did the quiz on facebook which is https://apps.facebook.com/wkotay_quiz/  and my quiz result is a polar bear it means myself smart according to the quiz. it says that "You are keen to learn from the successes and failures your classes and probably keep a teaching diary." this is totally give information about my attitudes and my thoughts durin the class and after the class.  one of the most important issue in this part is getting students feedback. According to the statement in quiz "Activities that get students of all ages reflecting on and giving feedback on what they've done in class." I agree this statement because feedback is one of the most important way of teaching and learning.
